Key Responsibilities
- Reply to Facebook & Instagram messages quickly and professionally
- Respond to comments and customer queries
- Handle order confirmation messages & follow-ups
- Assist customers with product selection (size, design, price)
- Maintain proper conversation tone (premium, polite, confident)
- Coordinate with delivery & operations team for order processing
- Track daily conversations and basic order data
- Reduce confusion, increase conversion from inbox to order
Requirements
- Strong communication skills in Bangla & English (written)
- Experience using Facebook Page, Messenger, Instagram DM
- Fast typing and quick response ability
- Basic understanding of online selling / eCommerce
- Ability to handle multiple chats at the same time
- Problem-solving mindset
