Role Overview
You will edit premium product videos, reels, ads, UGC-style content, story-based launch videos, and brand campaigns that deliver a modern, clean, luxury-inspired look.
What You Will Do

Edit short-form content (Reels, Ads, Unboxing, UGC).

Create clean, modern, premium edits that match our brand tone.

Add text overlays, transitions, color grading aligned with Eco & Pana style.

Turn raw footage into polished, high-impact content.

Work fast and iterate based on creative direction.
Requirements

Strong editing skills (Premiere Pro / CapCut / Final Cut / DaVinci).

Sense of luxury visual style, clean layouts, modern cuts.

Knowledge of social media trends & hooks.

Portfolio of previous short-form or brand edits.

Bonus: Motion graphics, product shoot experience.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Salary: 15,000 – 25,000 BDT/month based on skill and experience
