Position: Data Analyst
Job Nature: Full Time
Office Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (Flexible)
Weekend: Saturday, Sunday
Compensation & Benefits:
- Salary: 40,000 BDT – 80,000 BDT
- Bi-Annual Salary Increment (Eligibility Condition Applies)
- 2 Times Yearly Festival Bonus (Eligibility Condition Applies)

Job Description:
We are looking for a highly motivated Data Analyst to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting large data sets to help drive business decisions. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills, be able to work with large data sets, and be able to communicate insights and findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Job requirements
Key Responsibilities:
- Collect and analyze large data sets to support business decisions
- Create and maintain databases, data systems, and data analytics tools
- Develop and implement data collection processes
- Generate reports and present findings to stakeholders
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and solve business problems
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and new technologies to improve data analysis processes
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field
- Strong knowledge of data analysis and database management
- Experience with SQL, Python, R, or other programming languages
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to communicate complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders
- Strong organizational and project management skills
Experience:
- 3+ years of experience in the relevant field
