Job Overview:

We are looking for a Cinematographer & Photographer who can shoot high-quality content for our brand. The ideal candidate will be responsible for executing all content shoots including product, lifestyle, model-based, and brand campaign visuals. This role involves shooting only—no editing is required. You’ll work directly with the creative and marketing team to bring campaigns and content ideas to life.

Job Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute creative photo and video shoots for products, models, behind-the-scenes, and campaigns
• Translate brand concepts into visual content with a strong storytelling angle
• Ensure professional handling of camera gear, lighting setup, and framing during shoots
• Plan, direct, and shoot high-quality video content with cinematic execution
• Manage the entire shooting process — from pre-production to final delivery (excluding editing)
• Collaborate with creative, marketing, and brand teams to maintain a consistent visual identity

Qualifications:

• Strong portfolio in product photography and brand cinematography
• Proficiency in operating professional cameras, lenses, lighting, and other gear
• Clear understanding of visual composition, framing, and natural storytelling
• Ability to direct models or team members during shoots
• Self-driven, detail-oriented, and creatively bold
• Based in Dhaka and available for full-time in-person work

Compensation and Benefits:

• Salary: 20,000 – 40,000 BDT/month based on skill and experience
